Linda Buckland

Linda Buckland-Morando is an experienced Real Estate Salesperson and Certified Buyer Representative. Linda joined Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty because of the company’s superior expertise in marketing real estate.

Linda received her BA at Springfield College and her Masters at Suffolk University with a concentration in International Marketing. After graduating Suffolk University, Linda worked at a New England Consumer Packaged Goods Company as the Marketing Director. She left this position and opened her own business with her husband, Forever Fit, in Watertown, MA.

Through her years of experience Linda has a wealth of ideas and ways to effectively showcase and market your home in this ever changing real estate environment. Her major strengths are marketing, bringing parties together and negotiating transactions to their completion. Her enthusiasm and high level of commitment to those she works with makes buying and selling your home a pleasurable experience. Linda is great at networking properties through her strong contacts and connections with builders, brokers, businesses and charitable organizations in which she devotes much of her spare time raising money for Cancer Research.

Robyn Olson-MacKenzie is a successful Broker/Owner of Homeowners Advantage Real Estate since 1989, Robyn merged with another office in 2005 and is now proud to be part of Gibson Sothebys International Realty. Robyn successfully led and managed a team of 20 agents with three divisions building her business and reputation as a leader in Residential, REO and Commercial Real Estate. Robyn is recognized as a top producer and is a lifelong Foxboro Resident.

For over 20 years she has been active in the real estate market and has learned about buyer and seller needs and how to best serve them. She has been involved in major land development transactions, new construction and has a strong working relationship with several builders & developers. Robyn’s negotiating skills and attention to detail is her major strength. Her constant communication with sellers and buyers makes her a great matchmaker.
